Kathy started her career as a Talent Intern at Saturday Night Live, where she learned valuable skills like how to order 200 dollars worth of Taco Bell for Garth Brooks. After getting a taste of the fast-paced, creative environment at SNL, Kathy knew she wanted to dedicate her life to comedy. So, her next stop was the obvious choice: Court TV.
At Court TV, she honed her comedy chops writing on such subjects as homicide, cannibalism and double homicide. She produced promos for Nancy Grace, Catherine Crier and Johnnie Cochran, and also once made eye contact with O.J. Simpson, which somehow did not make it into The People v. O.J. Simpson.
After 5 years at Court TV, Kathy decided to continue her comedy journey at a less obvious place: Comedy Central, where she wrote, produced and directed such award winning campaigns as The Roast of James Franco, The Roast of Justin Bieber, South Park, Tosh.0, Kroll Show and The Roast of Charlie Sheen. She was with Comedy Central for 14 years, most recently as the VP, Creative Director of Brand Creative.
When I’m… I mean, when Kathy is not working you can find her wandering about Brooklyn with her husband and adorable baby girl.
